Fullstack Developer

Nasze wymagania:
Several years of experience in software development
Strong expertise in backend development with Java (21+) and frameworks like Quarkus or Spring Boot (preferably Quarkus)
Solid understanding of backend and cloud architecture principles
Basic knowledge of frontend development principles (preferably Angular)
Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes and Cloud Platforms
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and agile development methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Kanban)
Familiarity with Extreme Programming (XP) practices such as Pair Programming, Test-Driven Development (TDD), and Continuous Integration
Confident English-speaking skills (min. B2)

Mile widziane:
Experience with AI Assistant Tools
Solid understanding of business process modeling and workflow orchestration using BPMN 2.0 (ideally combined with execution experience on engines like Camunda)
Communicative knowledge of the German language

O projekcie:
We are building a cloud-native MES as a SaaS product on Google Cloud. To scale our product, we’re looking for a Fullstack Developer with a clear backend focus. As part of a cross-functional Scrum team, you’ll take ownership of high-quality business functionality while contributing to the backend to deliver seamless end-to-end features.

Zakres obowiązków:
Take ownership of end-to-end feature development together with the Scrum team - from conception to deployment
Drive backend-heavy features while still contributing to frontend implementation where needed to deliver complete solutions with the team
Design, implement, and maintain our backend components using Quarkus, while designing the core processes in BPMN
Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making
Design solutions with scalability, security, and operational aspects in mind
Work with containerized applications orchestrated by Kubernetes
Mentor other developers and strengthen engineering practices in the team
