Fullstack (Python) Developer

Nasze wymagania:
Minimum 5 years of development experience
Deep understanding of software development concepts (SOLID, Clean Code, DDD, BDD)
Demonstrated experience in Python + basic Java
Extensive experience with Spring Framework
Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
Experience in machine learning, NLP, AI, or Data Science (advantageous)
Ability to teach and collaborate with engineers to design new systems and solutions
Strong written and oral English communication skills
Prior experience with event streaming technology
Prior experience with microservices

Zakres obowiązków:
Work within a team of 4–6 people with a dedicated product owner (teams may be co-located or geographically dispersed)
Break down business requirements into user stories and deliver them iteratively to production
Provide product support as part of the team’s responsibility ("the team builds it, the team supports it")
Identify technical debt and ensure a balanced prioritization between addressing tech debt and delivering new functionality
Design solutions for new items while ensuring compliance with technology guidelines and constraints
Collaborate through pairing with other team members
