Opis stanowiska
On behalf of our clients across banking, the public sector, and e-commerce (including a market leader in the region), we are looking for experienced Java Developers open to a hybrid role in Warsaw. We offer the opportunity to drive system development using modern technologies across the Java ecosystem (Java 17+, Spring Boot, microservices, Cloud, Docker/Kubernetes) within mature teams and divers projects.
Our expectations
• Minimum 5 years of commercial experience as a Java Developer
• Solid hands-on experience with core technologies: Java 11–21, Spring, and Spring Boot
• Proficiency in data persistence: JPA, Hibernate, and Spring Data
• Hands-on experience developing RESTful and SOAP web services
• Strong knowledge of relational databases and SQL
• Proficiency with version control systems (Git)
• Solid unit and integration testing skills (JUnit, Spock, Mockito) alongside frontend testing experience (Jest, Cypress, TestNG, or similar)
• Good understanding of containerization (Docker)
• Experience with build automation tools: Maven or Gradle
• Hands-on frontend development experience using Angular and/or React
• Strong English communication skills (minimum B2 level)
• Readiness for hybrid work in Warsaw

• Container orchestration: Kubernetes
• Messaging & Event Streaming: Kafka or JMS

• Modern Web Development: JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, RxJS, state management (NgRx / Redux / Vuex), and build tooling (npm / Webpack / Angular CLI)
• Secondary Languages: Kotlin
• Application Security: OWASP Top 10, OAuth2, JWT, and Spring Security
• Quality & Operations: Performance optimization/testing, CI/CD pipelines, and Jenkins
Key tasks
• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable software solutions using Java and modern frameworks.
• Implement clean, well-tested REST/SOAP APIs and integrate frontend interfaces with backend services.
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality, stability, and high performance.
• Collaborate within cross-functional, Agile teams on system architecture, code reviews, and feature planning.
• Debug, optimize, and refactor existing applications while maintaining documentation and supporting deployment pipelines.
