Opis stanowiska
O projekcie:
Moveli is a leading up-market, self-employed estate agency platform based in the UK. We currently have 95+ brokers and aim to grow to 1,000 over the next 5 years. To support this growth and provide great service to our brokers at scale we’ve built two internal apps, an AI Assistant and a core operations app.
We’re looking for our first engineer to help build, scale and support both apps on a full-time basis.
You’ll own delivery across frontend, backend, and infrastructure working directly with the founders, who are hands-on in development and own the product roadmap. This is a high-ownership role that could evolve into a leadership role for the right person.
We build with AI coding agents (e.g. Cursor) and will expect you to make maximum use of these tools while applying your knowledge and experience to make the correct architecture decisions, guarantee security and ensure code is properly validated with tests and review.
Wymagania:
- Ability to self-manage your time and maintain velocity in a remote team- 5+ years full-stack engineering with strong end-to-end ownership- Proven workflow with AI coding agents and strong verification habits- Strong TypeScript + React (Next.js and/or Vite-based tooling)- Strong Python backend (FastAPI-style APIs, auth, service design)- PostgreSQL, Redis, and async job queues (e.g. Celery)- Production Docker, cloud hosting, and deployment pipelines- Solid security fundamentals: OAuth/OIDC/JWT, permissions, secrets
Codzienne zadania:
- Work with the company founders to plan & manage development priorities
- Make full use of AI coding tools
- Build and improve features including UI, backend services and infra
- Design polished frontend experiences including chat UI and map/data-heavy views
- Build robust APIs, async/background workflows and third-party integrations
- Own DevOps: CI/CD, deployments, environments and observability
- Set pragmatic standards for testing, quality, and reliability
- Support & bug fixing
