O projekcie:
We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer with a strong ownership mindset – someone who takes full responsibility for solving problems across the entire technology stack, from concept to production. The core mission of this role is to deliver production-ready products in an AI-first environment by orchestrating AI agents that carry out most of the development work, while ensuring every solution adheres to the company’s architecture and engineering standards.
Zakres obowiązków:
AI agent orchestration
Change verification and quality assurance
Advanced debugging and troubleshooting
Ownership of testing (unit, integration, and end-to-end tests)
Close collaboration with Product Owners, developers, and designers
Refactoring and technical debt management
Continuous improvement of AI workflows, agent instructions, and orchestration practices
Oferujemy:
Salary: 14500 – 19500 PLN / month (depending on experience).
Contract type: Long-term B2B Contract (open to both permanent-like cooperation and 12-month fixed contracts).
Working model: 100% Fully Remote work.
Flexible working hours (with core presence during the 10:00 AM daily sync).
Hardware: Company-provided laptop and necessary equipment.
No on-call duties or weekend shifts.
