Senior Full Stack Developer (.Net&Angular)

Our partner is an international technology-driven organization strengthening its internal engineering capabilities to support business-critical systems and long-term digital transformation initiatives. Their teams are focused on improving operational excellence, platform reliability, and engineering ownership across a complex global technology landscape. As part of this journey, they are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer (.NET & React/Angular) to join a collaborative engineering team responsible for building and supporting business-critical internal platforms. This role offers the opportunity to work across the full software development lifecycle, contributing to backend services, frontend applications, APIs, integrations, databases, and production systems while driving technical excellence and continuous improvement.

Wymagania:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with .NET/C#, ASP.NET Core, and modern frontend technologies (React, Angular, Vue.js, TypeScript).
- Strong expertise in RESTful API development, system integrations, and relational databases, particularly SQL Server.
- Solid understanding of software design patterns, SOLID principles, OOP, secure coding, and testable architectures.
- Experience working with enterprise applications, legacy systems, complex business workflows, and production support.
- Proficiency with Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps, Jira, and modern software development practices.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and ownership skills with the ability to work independently in distributed teams.

Codzienne zadania:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications using .NET/C# and modern frontend frameworks.
- Build and support APIs, integrations, background services, user interfaces, and data-driven features.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, QA, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable software solutions.
- Investigate and resolve production issues, performance bottlenecks, integration failures, and application defects.
- Improve code quality through code reviews, automated testing, documentation, and adherence to engineering standards.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers while driving technical debt reduction and system modernization initiatives.
