We are looking for experienced team players to fill the position of Senior Fullstack Developer (Java/Kotlin + Angular) and participate in our up-and-coming project for our client from the high-tech area. This is a hybrid mode, 3 days from Kraków office.
Wymagania:
- 6+ years of software engineering experience with strong expertise in Java and Kotlin.
- Strong command of Core Java, Concurrency models, and Performance Tuning.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices patterns, and API governance (RESTful, gRPC).
- Strong SQL skills and solid experience with relational databases.
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade frontend features using Angular and TypeScript.
- Experience in building and optimizing complex, data-heavy frontend interfaces.
- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (GCP preferred / AWS) and modern cloud services (e.g., Cloud Run, Cloud SQL).
- Solid understanding of containerized workflows (Docker / Kubernetes).
- Experience with setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.

- End-to-End Development: Design, build, and maintain scalable applications, balancing high-throughput backend services with modern frontend interfaces.
- Performance & Stability: Optimize application performance, resolve complex concurrency issues, and actively address technical debt.
- UI & Dashboard Engineering: Develop, test, and deploy data-heavy UI components and interactive monitoring dashboards.
- Architecture & Scalability: Participate in system architecture reviews and provide data-driven recommendations for scaling the ecosystem.
