Senior Full Stack Java Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Fullstack Java Engineer to join a well-established international team working on a large-scale transformation program within a global financial environment.
You will be part of a long-term initiative focused on building a modern microservices platform, while also supporting existing systems and driving the migration journey.

Wymagania:
- 8+ years of experience in Java development.
- Strong experience with Java 17/21 and Spring Boot.
- Hands-on experience building microservices architectures.
- Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL.
- Experience with DevOps / CI/CD pipelines.
- Good understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Experience with TDD (JUnit) and automated testing.
- Strong communication skills.

Nice to Have

- Experience with Spring Cloud ecosystem.
- Knowledge of Angular / TypeScript / HTML5.
- Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS or GCP).
- Experience with messaging systems (MQ, Solace).
- Working with distributed systems / in-memory data stores (e.g. Redis, Hazelcast).
- Exposure to AI-assisted development tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot).

Codzienne zadania:
- Design, develop and maintain scalable Java-based applications.
- Contribute across the full software development lifecycle.
- Work in an Agile / DevOps environment with CI/CD practices.
- Build microservices and REST APIs.
- Ensure high quality through testing (TDD, integration, regression).
- Collaborate closely with QA, DevOps and product teams.
- Support production systems (monitoring, incident resolution).
- Mentor junior team members
