emagine is looking for a business developer for our amazing client in the automotive industry.

This role sits within the newly established Business Development and Strategy function in the Brand Identity Development (BID) organization, a key part of R&D responsible for developing brand-specific truck products and customer experiences. The position focuses on driving strategic business development and financial governance to support the transformation and growth of the BID organization. Working closely with the CTO, BID management, and stakeholders across R&D and the wider organization, the consultant will contribute to developing functional strategies, improving cross-functional collaboration, and supporting strategic decision-making.
Key responsibilities include managing financial planning processes such as budgeting and forecasting, leading strategic finance initiatives, and ensuring effective collaboration between R&D, finance, and business functions. The role also involves supporting the Strategy PMO, managing the R&D management system, and driving prioritization and follow-up of strategic initiatives together with commercial stakeholders. Strong analytical capabilities, combined with data and AI-related skills, are important to successfully support business performance and strategic development.
