Zakres obowiązków:
Define and execute the Business Applications strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
Develop and maintain the enterprise application roadmap.
Lead application modernization, cloud adoption, and digital transformation initiatives.
Identify and implement opportunities to standardize and optimize global business processes.
Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to improve business performance.
Ensure technology investments deliver measurable business value.
Manage and govern the enterprise application portfolio, including ERP, CRM, integration, analytics, and reporting platforms.
Ensure enterprise applications are secure, scalable, reliable, and aligned with business requirements.
Lead and develop an international Business Applications organization.
Coach, mentor, and support managers and technical specialists.
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Manage workforce planning, recruitment, succession planning, and talent development.
Build strong relationships with senior business stakeholders across all functions.
Translate business requirements into technology solutions and prioritize initiatives based on business value.
Oversee application support, maintenance, and service delivery operations.
Monitor application performance, service quality, and SLA compliance.
Lead incident, problem, and change management processes.
Drive continuous improvement of application availability, reliability, and operational efficiency.
Lead strategic programs and projects, including ERP and CRM implementations, business process transformation, system integrations, application upgrades, compliance initiatives, and global rollouts.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with business expectations.
Establish and maintain governance frameworks for demand management, portfolio management, solution design, application lifecycle management, release management, testing, environment management, data governance, and security.
Ensure effective security, access management, and Segregation of Duties controls.
Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture and Infrastructure teams to ensure adherence to technology standards.
