Opis stanowiska
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following skills, experience and attributes:
• Engineering degree, preferably in Information Technology, with 6-10 years of experience in Project / Program Management.
• Strong experience in building Engineering or Industrial applications mixing based on 3D data models.
• Good understanding of Cloud architecture principles (MS Azure...), security, scalability, and cost management.
• Ideally proven experience in deploying Virtual Reality / Augmented Reality / Mixed Reality solutions.
• Ideally experienced in transformation / carve-in / carve-out projects involving integrated engineering solutions (PLM systems such as Catia V5 / 3DEXPERIENCE are a plus), including integration with Business Intelligence or digital platforms.
• Experience working in global companies, either as a service provider and/or as a customer.
• Strong communication skills, execution capability, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Autonomous, results-oriented, intellectually curious, and creative.
• Strong leadership mindset and clear business value orientation.
Fluent in English, you are eager to work in an international, matrix organization.
Main Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage engineering projects ensuring adherence to project guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to align expectations.
• Monitor project progress and report on deliverables and timelines.
• Facilitate integration between engineering solutions and business platforms.
• Implement risk management and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Develop project documentation and manage knowledge sharing.
Key Requirements:
• Strong experience in project management.
• Good understanding of engineering and industrial domain in large industries.
• High-level understanding of cloud-based infrastructures and cybersecurity patterns.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience in Virtual Reality, Augmented Reality, and Mixed Reality implementation.
Nice to Have:
• Knowledgeable about Alstom’s way of working.
• Experience in transportation industry.
