Introduction & Summary
We are seeking an experienced IFRS 18 Audit Consultant to provide expertise in supporting the implementation audit engagement of IFRS 18. The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of IFRS 18 requirements and possess excellent communication skills to articulate technical matters effectively.
Main Responsibilities
This role involves assessing and supporting audit processes associated with IFRS 18.
• Support the IFRS 18 implementation audit engagement.
• Perform walkthroughs and operational effectiveness testing.
• Provide practical insights into interpretation and application of IFRS 18.
• Engage with audit teams and stakeholders effectively.
• Manage time independently and attend necessary calls.
Key Requirements
• In-depth understanding of IFRS 18 implementation requirements.
• Proficient in identifying key judgment areas and market practices.
• Experience in performing effectiveness testing and walkthroughs.
• Strong communication skills to articulate technical issues.
Nice to Have
• Data analytics skills, including SQL and Python.
