Summary: This role involves managing the IT workstream for an office relocation, focusing on technical leadership and governance.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the end-to-end IT workstream for the office relocation.
• Oversee network and connectivity activities, including cabling readiness and wireless design.
• Plan and manage IDF/MDF room setups and environmental controls.
• Implement IT security measures including CCTV and cybersecurity.
• Deploy end-user technologies like desktops, printers, and AV systems for meeting rooms.
• Integrate smart building systems and ensure facility readiness.
• Develop business continuity plans and conduct compliance checks.
• Document and hand over necessary IT assets and project records.
• Coordinate IT milestones with construction timelines and manage vendor interactions.
Must Haves:
• Minimum 7 years' experience delivering IT infrastructure programmes.
• Experience with IT workstreams for office relocations or new builds.
• Strong expertise in network infrastructure design.
• Proven knowledge in physical IT security protocols.
• Familiarity with disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
• Ability to manage vendor documentation and handover processes.
Nice to Haves:
• Knowledge of local regulatory standards in telecom and building.
• Experience with IoT and smart building technologies.
• Familiarity with digital twin principles and integration.

• Duration: 12-month engagement (1 FTE)
