Junior Project Manager

Cheil Poland is part of Cheil Worldwide, a marketing company under the Samsung Group headquartered in Seoul, South Korea, that offers advertising, digital marketing, public relations, shopper marketing, and more. We work very closely with Samsung (Poland, Europe and worldwide) and have been the global digital production center for Samsung.com since 2018.Since then we've been expanding our team rapidly. Apart from digital were also developing advanced solutions for retail, blending traditional in-person retail with more digitally-focused solutions, and ATL & BTL as well.At Cheil Poland, we’d like you to define your own workplace. Your responsibilities:
• Digital project management (any digital marketing campaigns, www, landing pages, e-commerce) 
• Working across multiple projects and ensuring all parties are informed of progress and problems 
• Ensuring the stages of the project are met according to the client and creative brief, budget, deadline deliverables.
• Project management from initiation to project completion and delivery 
• Work with the Web Publishing team to manage and plan the workload of the production teams 
• Close cooperation & daily communication with local Cheil subsidiaries and other stakeholders 
• Reporting any issues and support to resolve with HQ team or other stakeholders 
• Evaluating the project scope and estimating the cost 
• Overseeing the accounting, costing and billing 
• Ensuring meeting all the deadlines - manage, monitoring and negotiating due dates
 

Our requirements:
• Experience in a similar position in digital projects is a must-have, but not mandatory
• Good knowledge of English, at least B2
• Project management experience from initiation to project completion 
• Ability to coordinate tasks between different project team members
• Good knowledge of various CMS
• Experience following copy and content guidelines 
• Good communication skills and stakeholder management 
• Proactive approach to problem solving
• Ability to multitask and can-do attitude
• Great communication and organizational skills 
• Willingness to learn new tools and skills
• SEO related projects good to have, but not obligatory
• Team player
