Nasze wymagania:
9+ years of experience with Oracle Transportation Management (OTM)
Experience in at least 3 full lifecycle OTM implementations
Strong expertise across OTM modules:
shipment planning & execution
freight settlement
sourcing
fleet management
Advanced knowledge of SQL, XML, XSL, and BI Publisher
Experience in B2B integrations (EDI, API)
Strong functional configuration and solution design capabilities
Experience working in both implementation and support environments
Ability to manage multiple workstreams and lead teams effectively
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
Mile widziane:
Experience in 3PL / logistics industry
Knowledge of other Order Management or Transport Management systems
Background in Computer Science or related field

Zakres obowiązków:
Lead knowledge transition and onboarding activities, ensuring smooth handover to offshore teams
Take ownership of multiple OTM workstreams, delegating tasks and coordinating delivery
Design and establish processes for steady-state support and onboarding
Provide system architecture guidance for configuration and maintenance teams
Standardize and optimize OTM solutions across different customers
Support both implementation and maintenance projects
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure high-quality customer service and delivery excellence
Contribute to solution design, system improvements, and continuous optimization
