Summary: The Platform Lead is responsible for overseeing the coordination of IT4IT initiatives, serving as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT, aligned with strategic objectives.
Responsibilities:
• Lead engagement with business stakeholders to capture, clarify, and consolidate IT demand.
• Ensure demand aligns with strategic objectives and transformation priorities.
• Support the Annual Planning & Review (APR) and Quarterly Planning & Review (QPR) processes, including:
• Demand consolidation
• Prioritization workshops
• Roadmap development
• Capacity planning
• Oversee development and maintenance of the IT demand backlog.
• Coordinate governance forums to support prioritization and decision-making.
• Provide oversight of delivery progress, risks, dependencies, and overall portfolio health.
Must Haves:
• Minimum 5 years' experience in IT platform or product management within financial services, investment management, or government.
• Proven experience developing strategic platform roadmaps and translating business requirements into delivery plans.
• Strong demand management, prioritization, and governance experience.
Nice to Have:
• ServiceNow SPM experience preferred.
• PMP, CSPO, or SAFe certifications are advantageous.
