Are you an experienced PMO/Epic Owner with strong Agile project management expertise?
emagine has an opportunity for you to drive continuous improvement initiatives across a large-scale IT transformation programme with a global team.
Key Requirements
• Confirmed/experienced (2-3 years) professional with proven Agile project management experience (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
• Solid knowledge of the IT domain, including software development and technical migration
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills
• Excellent oral and written communication in both English and French
• Ability to coordinate teams and work across functions
• Autonomous, with good interpersonal skills and a critical, creative mindset
• Strong organisational and change-management skills
Introduction
This PMO/Epic Owner role sits inside a large-scale IT transformation programme spanning software development and technical migration for an international travel and aviation group. You take ownership of continuous improvement initiatives, steer progress reporting, and keep a cross-functional team of 40-60 people aligned around clear KPIs and OKRs. The programme runs on Agile methods, Scrum, Kanban and SAFe, and expects you to produce clear presentations on project progress and operating procedures, while maintaining the programme's SharePoint site. You work within a core team of five, embedded in a mixed international programme, with day-to-day collaboration in both English and French. This is a hands-on delivery role for someone who blends structure with initiative, comfortable acting as both a coordinator and a driver of change.
Main Responsibilities
You take the lead on:
• Steering and implementing IT continuous improvement initiatives across the programme
• Producing progress presentations for transformation projects
• Producing operating-mode presentations for key project phases
• Tracking KPIs and OKRs to keep delivery on course
• Maintaining and owning the programme SharePoint site
• Working across a cross-functional international team of 40-60 people
• Reporting directly to the Programme Lead on transformation progress
• Nice to Have: Prior experience within a continuous improvement programme

Other Details
9-month engagement, starting 1 August 2026. Hybrid working model based in the South of France, with on-site presence ideally 1 day per week and a minimum of once every 2 months. Occasional travel to other European sites roughly every 2 months. Maximum daily rate: €350
