Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 3 days per week from the Kraków office
We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to drive the vision, strategy, and delivery of innovative data products and analytics solutions. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and technology teams to define product roadmaps, prioritize value-driven initiatives, and support the adoption of data capabilities across the organization.
You will act as a key link between business needs and delivery teams, ensuring that data solutions deliver measurable value while aligning with strategic objectives, governance requirements, and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities
• Co-develop and maintain a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap for data products and analytics solutions.
• Define, manage, and track Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) aligned with business goals and product strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional Crews and Pods to build and maintain roadmaps for data product adoption and development.
• Support business teams with expertise, frameworks, and guidance to drive the successful adoption of data products across Operations.
• Own and maintain the product backlog, including the Federal Book of Work and related product documentation.
• Evaluate new business use cases by assessing business value, feasibility, cost, and scalability, while identifying opportunities to reuse or extend existing capabilities.
• Influence solution design decisions to ensure new products and features deliver value for multiple stakeholders.
• Maintain high-quality pod and iteration backlogs in GitLab, ensuring clear priorities and actionable requirements.
• Support data sourcing activities while ensuring alignment with internal policies, compliance standards, and governance requirements.
• Coordinate and obtain required governance approvals for new data use cases and solutions.
• Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in data platforms, event-driven architectures, analytics, and data product development.
• Bring external market insights and industry best practices to continuously improve data offerings.
• Remove delivery blockers, manage dependencies across teams, and help teams achieve their objectives.
• Act as a product ambassador, representing the pod and building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and clients.
Requirements
• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Data Product Owner, or similar product leadership role.
• Strong understanding of data products, analytics solutions, and modern data ecosystems.
• Experience managing product roadmaps, backlogs, priorities, and stakeholder expectations.
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear product goals and delivery outcomes.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies and cross-functional delivery teams.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate business value, risks, and technical trade-offs.
• Familiarity with data governance, compliance processes, and enterprise data management principles.
• Experience working with tools such as GitLab, Jira, or similar backlog management platforms.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have
• Experience with event-driven architectures, data streaming, or modern data platforms.
• Background in analytics, AI/ML, or enterprise data transformation initiatives.
• Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of data governance frameworks and regulatory requirements.
