Nasze wymagania:
Experience delivering complex projects in a digital or technology-driven environment
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Confidence working with both business and technical teams
Familiarity with Agile delivery and tools such as Jira
A proactive, organized, and solution-focused approach
Zakres obowiązków:
Lead the delivery of digital and business transformation initiatives
Own project plans, roadmaps, priorities, risks, and dependencies
Act as the bridge between business and technology teams
Translate business needs into clear deliverables and requirements
Drive the ongoing development of our customer-facing platform
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across IT, UX, Marketing, and Business teams
Engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
