About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager and Scrum Master to join a strategic cloud transformation initiative.
In this hybrid role, you will serve as Scrum Master for two cloud delivery teams while also supporting program-level project management activities. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organization to ensure efficient planning, coordination, risk management, and successful delivery of cloud projects.
Responsibilities
• Act as Scrum Master for two delivery teams working with cloud technologies
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Daily Scrums, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, and PI Planning
• Support program-level project management and delivery coordination
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates
• Identify, assess, and communicate project risks and dependencies
• Coordinate activities among teams and stakeholders
• Maintain and manage project tracking in Jira
• Drive continuous improvement of Agile practices
• Ensure alignment between delivery teams and program objectives
• Contribute to successful cloud delivery initiatives across the organization
Requirements (must-have)
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in cloud-related projects
• Practical experience with AWS and/or Azure environments
• Experience as a Scrum Master in Agile teams
• Hands-on experience facilitating PI Planning
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks
• Advanced knowledge of Jira (boards, sprints, reporting, workflow management)
• Experience in project status reporting and stakeholder communication
• Strong skills in risk identification, tracking, and reporting
• Excellent coordination and organizational skills
• Outstanding communication and facilitation abilities
• Ability to work effectively with multiple teams and stakeholders simultaneously
• Fluent English communication skills
Nice to Have
• Experience in banking or financial services
• Knowledge of SAFe methodology
• Experience in cloud transformation programs
• Background supporting large-scale enterprise delivery initiatives
