About the project
We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager who will drive the end-to-end execution of software delivery, ensuring seamless coordination across Product, Development, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders. In this role, you will proactively manage roadmaps, dependencies, risks, and releases to deliver projects predictably and in line with business priorities.

Our expectations
• Strong understanding of software delivery lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies;
• Experience managing development backlogs, Epics, Features, Bugs and release planning using tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps;
• Good understanding of software development processes, QA practices and production release workflows;
• Basic knowledge of software architecture, APIs, integrations and technical dependencies;
• Familiarity with CI/CD concepts, version management and deployment processes;
• Ability to track technical risks, dependencies and delivery impacts across teams;
• Experience working with engineering, QA and DevOps teams in a cross-functional environment;
• Ability to use delivery metrics and reporting tools to monitor progress and support decision-making.

Project & Roadmap Management
• Manage projects and strategic initiatives throughout the entire lifecycle, from planning to successful delivery.
• Maintain project roadmaps, milestones, priorities, dependencies, and risks, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.

Sprint Planning & Delivery Coordination
• Coordinate backlog refinement, sprint planning, and work prioritization with Product Owners and delivery teams.
• Monitor delivery progress, remove blockers, and ensure sprint execution aligns with project priorities and capacity.

Cross-functional Stakeholder Management
• Coordinate collaboration between Product, Development, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders.
• Manage cross-team dependencies and ensure effective communication and alignment throughout project execution.

Release Management
• Plan and coordinate software releases, ensuring readiness across Development, QA, and DevOps.
• Monitor release schedules, version dependencies, and deployment plans to ensure smooth production releases.

Project Governance & Delivery Oversight
• Monitor project scope, timelines, risks, and delivery status, providing regular progress updates.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to agreed quality standards.

Resource & Capacity Management
• Coordinate resource allocation and monitor team capacity to support delivery commitments.
• Identify and resolve workload or planning conflicts that may impact project timelines.

Budget & Financial Management
• Monitor project budgets, costs, and resource utilization against approved plans.
• Support financial planning, forecasting, and proactive management of budget deviations.

Risk & Dependency Management
• Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate project risks and cross-functional dependencies.
• Escalate critical issues early and coordinate mitigation actions to minimize delivery impact.

Project Ceremonies & Continuous Improvement
• Lead key Agile ceremonies and cross-functional project meetings to ensure delivery alignment.
• Drive continuous improvement of project governance, communication, and delivery processes.
