What You Will Do (Responsibilities):
• Lead and oversee cybersecurity projects throughout their full lifecycle, ensuring delivery within scope, time, budget, and quality expectations.
• Establish and maintain project governance, controls, plans, schedules, risk registers, and reporting mechanisms to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Coordinate with Project Boards, senior stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to align cybersecurity initiatives with business and security objectives.
• Monitor project performance, identify risks, issues, dependencies, and scope changes, and implement effective mitigation and escalation strategies.
• Ensure the quality and compliance of project deliverables in accordance with cybersecurity standards, regulations, and organizational requirements.
• Manage project resources, budgets, priorities, and workloads across complex cybersecurity programmes and portfolios.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams, assign and supervise work packages, balance priorities, and foster collaboration and engagement.
• Prepare and deliver executive-level reports, presentations, and project documentation for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Support the implementation of cybersecurity solutions and architectures, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and security frameworks.
• Facilitate project meetings, stakeholder communications, and decision-making processes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Contribute to cybersecurity investment planning and strategic initiatives within highly secure and regulated environments, including EU classified environments.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements):
• Bachelor's degree (Level 7) or higher in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience in IT and cybersecurity environments.
• Minimum 8 years of experience managing complex cybersecurity or IT security projects.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Proven experience delivering cybersecurity initiatives within highly regulated or classified environments.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, threats, attack vectors, incident management, risk management, Defence-in-Depth, and Zero-Trust architectures.
• In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and standards, including ISO 27001 and NIST.
• Solid understanding of legal, regulatory, compliance, and ethical aspects of cybersecurity.
• Broad experience designing, implementing, or overseeing IT security solutions across their full lifecycle.
• Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies and tools, including PM2, PMP, PRINCE2, and ServiceNow.
• Experience managing cybersecurity-related programmes, portfolios, budgets, vendors, and procurement activities.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, leadership, and presentation skills.

Required Certifications (minimum 4):

At least 2 Cybersecurity Certifications:
• CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) or equivalent
• CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) or equivalent
• CISM (Certified Information Security Manager) or equivalent
• ISO/IEC 27001 Information Security certification or equivalent

AND

At least 2 Project & IT Service Management Certifications:
• PM2 Advanced or equivalent
• PRINCE2 Practitioner or equivalent
• PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent
• ITIL Foundation or equivalent
