We need to make sure that all of our product experiences can be used by anyone, from anywhere, using any device. As the Senior Product Manager for Accessibility, you will lead the charge in ensuring our products meet accessibility standards and provide inclusive experiences for all users.

Wymagania:
- 5+ years of Product Management or Program Management experience- 2+ years working in accessibility- Deep knowledge of WCAG, ARIA, and EN 301 549- Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels- Familiarity with assistive technologies such as screen readers- Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Design teams
Codzienne zadania:
- Lead, create, and define Box Accessibility standards and pathways
- Create and review requirements for WCAG conformance across all Box apps and experiences
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design to ensure accessibility standards are met
- Work with product teams during planning to ensure new releases meet accessibility requirements
- Evaluate existing product patterns and improve accessibility practices across Box
- Own relationships with third-party accessibility auditors
- Act as the in-house accessibility expert (SME), educating Product, Engineering, Design, and GTM teams and building internal training and guidance
- Align with senior leadership, report on accessibility progress, and partner with GTM teams to communicate accessibility status to customers
