Nasze wymagania:
Minimum 15 years of experience in managing large IT programs or projects
Proven experience in delivering large-scale transformation programs in the insurance sector
Hands-on experience with core system implementations or business-technology transformations
Ability to manage multiple project streams simultaneously
Experience in stakeholder management at the executive and senior management levels
Proficiency in budgeting, scheduling, and risk assessment for programs
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and traditional project management approaches
Very good communication skills in both English and Polish
Open to work from the office 3 times a week
Residing in Poland required
Mile widziane:
Experience in large financial or insurance organizations
Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, Prince2, SAFe, or similar
Experience in programs involving AI, automation, or modernization of legacy systems
Familiarity with Guidewire or EIS platforms

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a strategic, long-term transformation program at one of the largest insurance organizations in Poland. In this role, you will manage the implementation of a new claims and benefits handling system while modernizing integrated processes and systems. You will coordinate efforts between business teams, technology teams, and external partners to ensure successful delivery. The position offers a hybrid work model based in Warsaw. Zakres obowiązków:
Managing a strategic transformation program focused on implementing a new claims and benefits handling system
Coordinating business, technology, and external supplier activities to ensure alignment and efficiency
Overseeing the program's schedule, budget, and risk management processes
Collaborating with executive management and key stakeholders to drive program success
Monitoring the achievement of business and technological objectives throughout the program
Supporting the organization in its transformation journey and adopting new ways of working
