Responsibilities:
• Manage global, complex IT projects from discovery and planning through to execution and deployment.
• Build strong, transparent relationships with global stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment between business and IT.
• Monitor project timelines, mitigate risks, manage budgets, and resolve potential impediments effectively.
• Foster collaboration within cross-functional project teams (architects, developers, business analysts).
Requirements:
• Minimum 6-7 years of proven experience as an IT Project Manager leading complex, large-scale projects.
• Experience or strong understanding of managing projects within financial areas/workstreams is highly desired.
• Excellent interpersonal and English communication skills (both written and spoken) — ability to navigate global corporate structures.
• Practical knowledge of Agile/Scrum and Waterfall frameworks.
Nice to have:
• Background or previous project experience in the Life Sciences / Pharma industry.
