Wymagania:
- Very good understanding of principles and processes related to software development
- At least 5 years of experience in managing complex IT projects
- Proven experience in a client-facing role, ideally with external clients in a delivery or project management role
- Experience in custom software development environments; solid understanding of SDLC
- Very good written and spoken English

Zakres obowiązków:
- Managing complex custom software development projects for international clients across agile and hybrid delivery models
- Leading delivery teams and supporting people management activities, including team development, feedback, staffing, and collaboration with internal stakeholders
- Building relationships with client stakeholders and ensuring transparency in scope, priorities, risks, and delivery outcomes
