Senior Project Manager - EUDR Transformation

About the role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Project / Programme Manager to lead a complex international programme related to the implementation of EUDR - EU Deforestation Regulation.
This is a hands-on delivery role for a proactive, results-oriented person who can drive actions, engage stakeholders and quickly build a strong understanding of the regulatory and business context.

Responsibilities
• Lead project delivery, governance, planning and cross-functional coordination.
• Manage actions, risks, issues, dependencies and key decisions.
• Ensure timely follow-up and accountability across project teams.
• Translate EUDR requirements into clear business and technology activities.
• Coordinate stakeholders across sustainability, compliance, supply chain, business and IT.
• Manage dependencies related to SAP/ERP, data, analytics, integrations and infrastructure.
• Prepare high-quality status reports, scorecards and management materials.
• Identify delivery gaps and proactively propose corrective actions.

 

Requirements
• 8+ years of experience managing complex transformation projects or programmes.
• Strong delivery, governance and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in regulatory, sustainability, ESG, compliance or supply chain projects.
• Good understanding of SAP/ERP environments and business-technology dependencies.
• Ability to quickly learn a complex regulatory domain.
• Strong ownership, attention to detail and a proactive working style.
• Experience working with international, cross-functional teams.
• Fluent English.

 

Nice to have
• Direct EUDR or CSRD experience.
• Experience in traceability, supplier due diligence or procurement.
• SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba or ERP transformation experience.
• Background in FMCG, retail, manufacturing or consumer goods.
