Nasze wymagania:
At least 4 years of hands-on experience working with the ServiceNow platform.
Proven experience in implementing ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript and Glide API.
Working knowledge of Flow Designer workflows and Business Rules.
Good understanding of ITIL and IT service management best practices.
Excellent communication skills in English for effective collaboration in an international environment.
Ability to work effectively within a team and liaise with stakeholders at different levels.
Mile widziane:
ServiceNow or ITIL certifications.
Experience with ServiceNow integrations and complex scripting.

Warsaw-based opportunity with hybrid work model (1-2 days/week in the office, up to 4 remote days).

Zakres obowiązków:
Configure and develop the ITSM module on the ServiceNow platform to optimize service processes.
Implement ITSM workflows, including incident, problem, change, and request management.
Create and modify workflows, business rules, UI policies, and scripts (Client Scripts, Script Includes) to tailor the platform.
Integrate ServiceNow ITSM with other systems and modules for cohesive environment management.
Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Conduct testing of functionalities and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Document configurations, customizations, and best practices for maintainability and knowledge sharing.
