Technical Solution Manager

Nasze wymagania:
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT, including system analysis, architecture, delivery management, or technical project management.
Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
Experience working with complex system architectures and integrations, including APIs, middleware, and distributed systems.
Proven experience managing end-to-end delivery processes in international environments.
Experience collaborating with diverse stakeholder groups, including Business, Product, Engineering, and vendors.
Strong understanding of system architecture concepts and integration patterns.
Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into scalable technology solutions.
Knowledge of UML and requirements analysis techniques.
Understanding of SDLC/SSDLC and CI/CD practices.
Experience creating technical and functional documentation.
English proficiency at B2/C1 level.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proactive approach to identifying and resolving delivery challenges.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Mile widziane:
Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.
Experience working with AI-powered tools (e.g., Claude, Codex, Kiro).
Previous experience as a Technical Solution Manager, Delivery Manager, or similar role in an international environment.
Experience managing customer-facing projects and gathering customer requirements.
Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and related collaboration tools.
Higher education degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience working within insurtech, fintech, e-commerce, or other fast-paced technology environments.

Zakres obowiązków:
Managing technical dependencies across squads, systems, domains, and international teams.
Coordinating end-to-end delivery from planning and alignment through implementation and release.
Translating business needs into technical requirements and supporting their successful implementation.
Collaborating with Product, Business, Engineering teams, and external vendors to align scope, priorities, and timelines.
Identifying delivery risks and defining mitigation plans to ensure successful outcomes.
Ensuring transparency of release plans, delivery progress, and cross-system dependencies.
Supporting engineering teams by removing impediments and promoting effective agile ways of working.
Conducting discovery activities, including business needs analysis, feasibility assessments, and solution design workshops.
Presenting technology platforms and solutions to clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Coordinating the work of internal teams, external partners, and vendors across multiple initiatives.
Collaborating with ITSM teams on incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and preventive actions.
Analyzing system architecture, integrations, data flows, and technical dependencies.
Creating and maintaining high-quality documentation covering requirements, integrations, processes, and solutions.
Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery effectiveness and operational excellence.
