Nasze wymagania:
you have experience as a Project Manager in projects of different sizes and complexity, especially in IT area;
you have experience in managing international project team;
you have PMP® and/or PRINCE2® certifications or experience with Waterfall projects;
you have knowledge of Agile methodology;
you have great organizational skills
you are a self-starter, able to act under pressure and good at communication on different levels;
you speak advanced English and German;
you would like to grow in the role of a Transition Manager.
O projekcie:
As a Transition Manager you will be engaged in multiple projects during the tender phase, where you will work on proposals by creating and estimating transition plans and working as part of a Bid Team. You will have the opportunity to lead and execute transitions from clients or vendor to Capgemini.
Zakres obowiązków:
planning of service transition during the sales process;
preparation of the transition plan and estimation of costs, as well as presenting those to the client;
management of the project taking over the service from the client or incumbent provider;
full responsibility for the project including planning, budgeting, execution, and control;
management of project team including technical experts;
communication and reporting of the project status for internal and external stakeholders on different levels;
close cooperation with the client.
