We are building a modern Internal Developer Portal and Platform Engineering solution that simplifies infrastructure management, DevOps automation, and cloud project operations. The product helps organizations accelerate delivery through self-service capabilities, IaC, FinOps, and GreenOps practices, while maintaining best practices, cost control, and reduced environmental impact. It is accessible via UI, CLI, and API, and is designed primarily for technical users and platform teams.

Wymagania:
Do we have a match?
From the Lead/Senior QA Engineer with AI, we require:
- 10+ Years of experience- Hands-on experience with AI/LLM technologies- Expertise in implementing QA strategy and processes- Proficiency in Playwright, with additional knowledge of frameworks like Selenium or Cypress.- Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines and a strong understanding of Linux environments.- Ability to conduct risk assessments and prioritize testing efforts in a fast-paced environment.- The resilience to manage ambiguity and solve problems creatively with limited resources.- Proficiency with English: Excellent communication skills (B2/C1) to explain complex quality issues to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Beyond the criteria above, we would appreciate the nice-to-haves:
- Experience with Terraform or Ansible (IaC).- Internal Developer Platform (IDP) knowledge- Familiarity with Nuxt 4 or Vue.js.- Exposure to DevOps culture and modern platform tools.

Codzienne zadania:
- Define and Drive QA Strategy based on AI
- Establish testing processes, methodologies, and best practices from scratch, ensuring they align with our product roadmap and business priorities.
- Secure our codebase by mixing manual exploratory testing with robust automation (primarily using Playwright).
- Validate that Backend, Frontend (Nuxt 4/Vue.js), and Infrastructure logic communicate correctly through rigorous integration testing.
- Integrate QA into our continuous delivery pipelines and collaborate on Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Ansible) to enable reliable releases.
- Act as the gatekeeper for releases, triaging bugs during critical incidents, and providing monthly/quarterly quality reporting to the board.
- As you demonstrate the value of QA, you will lead the effort to recruit, mentor, and scale the QA department.
