Nasze wymagania:
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in performance testing
Practical knowledge of LoadRunner (VuGen, Controller, Analysis)
Ability to create and debug scripts (C / JavaScript / other languages supported by LoadRunner)
Understanding of protocols: HTTP/HTTPS, REST API, SOAP
Experience analyzing system metrics (CPU, RAM, DB, network)
Knowledge of monitoring tools (e.g., Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Grafana — an asset)
Ability to work with logs and analyze root causes of performance issues
Basic SQL knowledge
Fluency in English and Polish at a minimum B2 level
Mile widziane:
Experience integrating performance tests with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
Familiarity with alternative tools (e.g., JMeter, Gatling, k6)
Experience working in cloud environments (Azure / AWS)
Knowledge of system architecture (microservices, event-driven)
Experience in the financial or banking sector

We are seeking a Load & Performance Tester to support our development teams in ensuring high performance and stability of our systems. The person in this role will be responsible for planning, preparing, and executing performance tests using Micro Focus LoadRunner, as well as analyzing results and recommending improvements.
Zakres obowiązków:
Designing and conducting performance tests (load, stress, endurance)
Creating and maintaining test scripts in LoadRunner (VuGen)
Preparing test scenarios in LoadRunner Controller
Monitoring systems during tests (APM, logs, metrics)
Analyzing test results and identifying bottlenecks
Preparing reports and optimization recommendations
Collaborating with development, architecture, and DevOps teams
Participating in test planning in the context of release changes
Supporting automation of performance tests (CI/CD)
