We’re looking for a Manual QA Engineer who will play a key role in validating and improving our Generative AI products, with a strong focus on manual functional testing, user acceptance testing, and developer support.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on testing, understands user behavior, and wants to work close to cutting-edge AI products.
Your Role
As a Manual QA Engineer at PEAK, you will be responsible for ensuring that our AI-driven products behave correctly, consistently, and make sense from a real user’s perspective.

These are not requirements, but will be considered a plus:
- Experience with test automation or maintaining automated test suites- Familiarity with GenAI evaluation concepts or tools, such as:- RAGAS/Deep Eval- OpenAI Evals- other LLM evaluation or benchmarking approaches- Experience testing RAG-based systems- Background in fintech or other regulated, enterprise environmentsWhy join us?

Wymagania:
- Experience in manual QA / software testing- Solid understanding of:- functional testing- regression testing- UAT processes- release processes- Experience testing web applications (mobile testing is a plus)- Ability to think in user journeys, not just individual test cases- Confidence in writing clear, structured bug reports- Strong attention to detail and good communication skills

- Perform manual functional testing on:
- AI chatbots and virtual assistants
- Generative AI tools
- Educational and knowledge-based applications

- Execute User Acceptance Tests (UAT) using real-life user scenarios
- Perform end-to-end testing of web applications
- Validate AI outputs for:
- correctness and relevance
- consistency and tone
- edge cases, failure scenarios, and regressions

- Identify defects and UX issues and document them clearly
- Create test reports and bug tickets
- Actively support developers by:
- reproducing issues
- validating fixes
- clarifying expected behavior
- creating test plans
- facilitating releases
