Salary: 800-1040 PLN/day on B2BWork model: hybrid from Gdańsk / Warszawa (2 days per week from the office)

Project

You will join a project focused on building and evolving a modern application in a dynamic, growing environment. You will play a key role in shaping the test strategy and establishing a reliable automation approach using Playwright. This role goes beyond test execution, it focuses on building quality standards and taking ownership of the QA process within the team. 
 

Responsibilities you'll have
• Design, build, and maintain an automation testing strategy for an existing application
• Develop and maintain end-to-end and integration test suites
• Define a testing approach in a system with multiple external dependencies and integrations
• Collaborate closely with developers on new features and client-specific requirements
• Identify and mitigate quality risks related to limited test environments and external partners
• Select, implement, and evolve test automation tools and frameworks
• Contribute to building a stable, scalable QA process within the team
 

Expected competences and knowledge
•

+4.5 years of experience in QA automation and building test frameworks
• Hands-on experience with E2E testing using Playwright

• Ability to design and own test strategy and execute test cases
• Experience working with systems that rely on multiple external integrations
•

Strong engineering mindset and system-thinking approach to quality

• Experience testing web applications and dashboards

• Very good English and Polish speaking and writing skills
