Application Security Coordinator

Role overview:
We are looking for a Application Security Coordinator to coordinate and drive remediation of security findings coming from penetration tests and vulnerability scans.
This role acts as a central technical coordinator, ensuring that identified vulnerabilities are properly assessed, prioritised, and resolved in collaboration with development and infrastructure teams.

Required Skills & Experience
• Strong understanding of application and infrastructure security
• Experience with vulnerability scans and penetration test reports
• Ability to assess risk and prioritise work
• Good stakeholder coordination and communication skills
• Familiarity with Jira

Must-have knowledge and experience

Technical Competence
• Solid understanding of: Application and infrastructure security and Vulnerability Management processes
• Ability to interpret: Penetration testing reports and Vulnerability scan outputs
• Knowledge of CVE, CWE, and CVSS standards

Coordination & Governance
• Strong ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders
• Experience in driving remediation activities in a structured manner
• Analytical approach to risk assessment and prioritisation

Communication
• Ability to communicate complex security topics clearly
• Experience working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders 
Nice-to-have knowledge and experience
Experience in Banking will be an asset
