Currently, we are searching for a full-time DevSecOps Engineer to cooperate with our US client - the company integrates production-grade, governed AI workflows into complex enterprise systems by addressing common friction points like poor integration and lack of domain expertise. The organization combines deep domain knowledge with cutting-edge capabilities to accelerate the deployment of reliable AI products.

Recognizing that most AI initiatives fail due to poor integration, gaps in domain specialization, a lack of governance, and unclear ownership-rather than flawed models—they focus on overcoming these exact friction points.

⚠️ Due to the client's location, a daily standup around 5:00 – 6:00 PM Polish time, with required availability to work until at least 7:00 PM CET.

Wymagania:
- Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in DevSecOps- Being able to work until at least 7:00 PM CET- Proficiency with DevSecOps toolchains (e.g., Terraform, Kubernetes, Helm)- Experience with observability (including LLM observability and evaluation tools like MLFLow, LangFuse or equivalent)- Familiarity with AWS cloud native stack, for example: ECS, Fargate, EKS, ECR, Lambda, Step Functions- Excellent communication skills: we are looking for a proactive and open engineer who actively participates in technical discussions and doesn't hesitate to voice ideas or solutions

Nice to have:

- Practical experience utilizing advanced AI-assisted development tools to accelerate engineering workflows (preferred Claude Code)- A degree in Cybersecurity

Codzienne zadania:
- Design, implement, and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines using GitOps principles, enabling automated testing, agent evaluation, and production deployments with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Kubernetes, Helm).
- Build and operate the platform observability stack, including distributed tracing, monitoring, alerting, and automated agent evaluation to ensure system reliability, performance, and deployment quality.
- Drive DevSecOps best practices by implementing container and infrastructure security, vulnerability management, secrets governance, image signing, audit logging, and compliance controls.
- Manage and optimize AWS cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes environments, including cluster operations, autoscaling, container registry management, incident response, and platform reliability.
- Support security and compliance initiatives, including external security audits, evidence collection, remediation tracking, and collaboration with engineering teams to continuously improve platform security and operational excellence.
- Excellent communication skills: we are looking for a proactive and open engineer who actively participates in technical discussions and doesn't hesitate to voice ideas or solutions
