Junior/Mid Penetration Testing Coordinator

O projekcie:
We are looking for a Penetration Testing Coordinator to support and coordinate Security Penetration Testing activities across a large-scale technology environment.

The role focuses on planning, coordinating, and tracking penetration testing activities, ensuring effective collaboration between Cyber Security teams, Technology teams, business stakeholders, and third-party providers.

The ideal candidate does not need to be a penetration testing expert but should understand the fundamentals of web applications, infrastructure, vulnerability management, and security testing processes. Strong coordination, stakeholder management, and project delivery skills are key for success in this role.

The role is suitable for candidates with experience in Project Management, Business Analysis, Security Coordination, or Technology Project Delivery.

- Has experience coordinating technology or security-related projects.- Understands project delivery processes and stakeholder management.- Has experience gathering requirements, coordinating activities, and tracking delivery milestones.- Is able to work effectively with technical teams and translate technical topics for business stakeholders.- Has strong organizational skills and attention to detail.- Is comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.
Technical Knowledge

The candidate should have a basic understanding of:
- Web applications and their main components.- Application hosting models, including cloud-hosted environments.- Application architecture and dependencies, including databases and infrastructure components.- Infrastructure and application migration concepts.- Security testing and vulnerability management processes.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience coordinating penetration testing projects.- Experience with web application migration projects.- Knowledge of Vulnerability Management processes and vulnerability lifecycle:- automated scanning,- vulnerability identification,- risk assessment,- remediation tracking.- Familiarity with security tools such as Qualys, Rapid7, Tanium Comply, or Nessus.- Understanding of cloud technologies, containers (Docker/Kubernetes), databases, and web services.- Knowledge of ITIL concepts.- Project Management certification or training (Agile, PRINCE2, or similar).

Codzienne zadania:
- Coordinate end-to-end Security Penetration Testing activities across applications, platforms, and infrastructure components.
- Manage the penetration testing pipeline, including planning, scheduling, tracking progress, and coordinating dependencies.
- Work closely with Cyber Security teams, Developers, Product Owners, Technology teams, and external vendors.
- Coordinate third-party penetration testing activities, including scope definition, timelines, documentation, and delivery tracking.
- Support vulnerability management activities related to penetration testing outcomes, including vulnerability assessment, risk evaluation, remediation planning, and follow-up actions.
- Organize project meetings, prepare agendas, document decisions, and track action items.
- Maintain project plans, status reports, risk logs, and other project documentation.
- Support audits, regulatory reviews, security assessments, and governance activities.
- Ensure effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders throughout the testing lifecycle.
