Opis stanowiska
Wymagania:
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in One Identity Manager implementation, integration, and customization projects.- Strong understanding of IAM concepts, access governance, and identity lifecycle management processes.- Experience with enterprise-scale deployments and multi-entity or multi-country environments.- Proven ability to lead technical teams and provide architectural guidance throughout the project lifecycle.- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.- Experience with operational support models, service management processes, and continuous improvement initiatives within IAM environments.
Codzienne zadania:
- Lead the implementation, integration, and support of the One Identity Manager platform.
- Provide technical leadership in configuration, customization, and integrations as a Solution Architect.
- Govern operational processes, including runbooks, SLAs, and incident/change management.
- Drive continuous improvements through upgrades, performance optimization, automation, and technical debt reduction.
- Act as the key liaison between IT Security, business stakeholders, and governance teams.
- Support knowledge transfer, maintain documentation, and mentor junior team members.
