Deep understanding of cryptography and its applications
Strong analytical skills and operational effectiveness
Proven ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Excellent documentation skills and a commitment to continuous improvement
Experience with ServiceNow and managing requests within SLAs
Advanced level of English

O projekcie:
We are looking for an experienced Security Administrator to join our team working on a long-term project for HSBC. You will play a crucial role in ensuring cryptographic security and providing consultancy services, while collaborating with a diverse team of IT professionals. This position offers a hybrid work model, allowing you to balance remote work with occasional office visits in Cracow. If you are passionate about cryptography and eager to contribute to secure banking solutions, this opportunity may be the right fit for you.
Zakres obowiązków:
Processing requests in ServiceNow within agreed SLAs
Responding to queries about cryptography
Timely response to priority tasks
Escalating and clarifying non-standard queries
Identifying gaps in processes and escalating them accordingly
Working on continuous data enhancement quality
Identifying and reporting on cryptography-related issues
