Wymagania:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in security administration or a related field
- Deep understanding of cryptography and its applications
- Strong analytical skills and operational effectiveness
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent documentation skills and a commitment to continuous improvement
- Experience with ServiceNow and managing requests within SLAs
- Advanced level of English

Zakres obowiązków:
- Processing requests in ServiceNow within agreed SLAs
- Responding to queries about cryptography
- Timely response to priority tasks
- Escalating and clarifying non-standard queries
- Identifying gaps in processes and escalating them accordingly
- Working on continuous data enhancement quality
- Identifying and reporting on cryptography-related issues
