Job Description
We are looking for a Lead Product Designer with a strong focus on AI experiences. You will report to the Director of AI Products and work closely with engineers. Your job will be to solve complex product challenges, design clear user experiences, and support the implementation process.
This is a senior individual contributor role. You will improve the quality of the product and help other designers grow, but you will not manage a team. The position is based in Warsaw and requires office work.
Responsibilities
• Create high-quality designs with a consistent look and feel across the product.
• Design easy-to-use and trustworthy AI experiences, including AI responses, confidence levels, sources, and user control.
• Turn complex product problems into simple and clear user flows for business users.
• Improve and expand the design system to keep the product consistent and support faster development.
• Make design decisions based on user research, usability testing, and customer feedback.
• Work closely with product managers and engineers from the first idea to the final release.
• Support and mentor other designers by sharing feedback and best practices.
• Use AI tools during design, research, and prototyping while making sure the final work is carefully checked.
Requirements
• Strong experience as a Senior or Lead Product Designer with a portfolio showing high-quality work.
• Good understanding of visual design, layout, typography, spacing, and animations.
• Strong product thinking and the ability to simplify complex user experiences while supporting business goals.
• Experience designing enterprise, technical, or data-focused products.
• Experience creating or improving design systems and organizing large amounts of information.
• Ability to work closely with engineers and give clear, useful feedback.
• Daily use of AI tools to speed up design work and create prototypes.
• Good written and spoken communication skills with the ability to explain design decisions clearly.
Nice to Have
• Experience designing AI products, AI assistants, or knowledge management systems.
• Ability to create interactive prototypes using code or modern design and AI tools.
• Experience leading design direction and supporting other designers without direct management.
• Knowledge of enterprise SaaS products, including permissions, audit logs, and business workflows.
