About the project
You will join a short, intensive project delivered for a client from the DACH region. We are building a B2B SaaS platform from scratch to support telecommunications operators in handling compliance processes related to EU e-evidence regulations.
Your main responsibility will be to prepare complete Figma designs for the Case Management Dashboard within two weeks. You will receive a ready user story backlog, personas and business context, so we are looking for someone who can efficiently translate requirements into clear, implementation-ready solutions.
The project involves a complex B2B operational tool, so clarity, strong information architecture and efficient interaction with large volumes of data will be key.
Responsibilities
• Analysing the user story backlog and materials prepared by the PO/PM
• Refining personas and the key user scenarios
• Preparing user flow maps for the platform’s core processes
• Designing the most important Case Management Dashboard views in Figma, including:• case list and case details
• statuses and case history
• document upload process
• login, MFA and session management screens
• basic administration panel
• Preparing components and annotations to ensure a smooth handover to the development team
• Collaborating iteratively with the PO/PM and Lead Architect
• Presenting the final designs in English during the Sprint Review
Requirements
• At least three years of experience designing UX/UI products for B2B SaaS platforms
• Experience designing dashboards, tables, complex forms and multi-step workflows
• Strong proficiency in Figma, including components, auto-layout, variants and developer handoff
• Ability to work based on user stories and functional requirements
• Experience designing login, MFA, session management and permission-based interfaces
• Ability to deliver a complete, implementation-ready design within a short timeframe
• English proficiency enabling effective collaboration and project presentation
• Full-time availability in July/August
Nice to have
• Experience in compliance, legal tech or audit-related projects
• Knowledge of WCAG 2.1 AA
• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS platforms
• Familiarity with Angular Material, NG-ZORRO or similar component libraries
• Experience using AI-assisted prototyping tools, such as Figma AI, Lovable or Galileo
• German language skills
