emagine has an opportunity for you to drive the operational delivery of global network services with a global team.
This role gives you ownership of a full-scale global network operation, direct influence over supplier accountability, and a genuine seat in shaping the operating model rather than just running it.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
• 8+ years of experience in Network Operations or Infrastructure Services
• Strong network infrastructure knowledge, including Cisco LAN/WAN and SD-WAN
• Hands-on experience with Palo Alto and Zscaler technologies
• Solid grounding in network security fundamentals
• Working knowledge of ITSM processes (Incident, Change, Problem, Request) via ServiceNow or BMC Helix
• Proven experience managing strategic suppliers and contract governance
• Experience operating in large international organizations
• Strong reporting and KPI management capability
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Ability to challenge suppliers constructively in a multi-vendor environment
NICE TO HAVE
• Experience leading operational transformation programs

SUMMARY
This Network Operations & Service Delivery Manager role owns the operational delivery of global network services across LAN, WAN/SD-WAN, WiFi, Internet, Firewalls, Zscaler, DDI and Remote Access. You take charge of service quality, SLA achievement and operational stability in a complex multi-vendor environment built on Cisco, Palo Alto and Zscaler technologies. The role covers incident, problem, change and major incident management, alongside supplier governance, transition planning and continuous service improvement. You work closely with Architecture, Security, Workplace, Infrastructure and ITSM teams, and report through structured operational governance forums with KPIs, dashboards and executive reporting. This is a senior, hands-on delivery position for someone who can challenge suppliers constructively and run operations with autonomy and structure.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
The role spans service delivery, supplier governance and technical coordination across a broad network estate. Core duties include:
• Lead the operational delivery of global network services, ensuring SLA achievement and operational stability
• Coordinate Incident, Problem, Change and Major Incident Management processes
• Manage strategic network suppliers, monitoring contractual commitments and challenging performance on quality, delivery and financial aspects
• Lead supplier transition and knowledge transfer activities, including reversibility plans and operational readiness
• Ensure documentation, runbooks and operational knowledge are transferred and maintained
• Prepare and lead operational governance meetings, producing KPIs, dashboards and executive reporting
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across LAN, WAN/SD-WAN, WiFi, Internet, Firewalls, Zscaler, DDI and Remote Access
• Identify and drive continuous improvement, automation and operational efficiency initiatives
• Identify and mitigate operational risks, following action plans through to completion

This is a senior-level, remote-friendly engagement for consultants based in Europe.
