Wymagania:
• Technologic background is required.
• Team work spirit
• Experience on IT support, Devops, SRE, ITID jobs is an advantage
• Risk awareness including identification, mitigation and control
• Inquisitive nature, want to know why there is an issue
• Knowledge in SQL and Database is an advantage
• Knowledge in Microsoft Dynamic, AWS, Azure, Java, Linux is an advantage
• Experience on managing GSD/Service Now Incident, Problem Record and CR is an advantage
Codzienne zadania:
- Provide Production support for PB Client Onboarding system, PB Client Reporting system.
- Provide Incident analysis for systems and workout solution with development team
- Manage Incidents and Problem Records (Problem Coordinator role) via SNOW flow
- Support ongoing technical and process improvements in Support working with Support colleagues, Devops and SRE
- Response to system alerts and actions on those
- Provide support on non-office hour depends on needs. Like weekend regularly release & maintenance
