About the Role
An experienced ServiceNow CMDB Engineer is sought to join a growing team. The position focuses on evolving the ServiceNow platform with an emphasis on the GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) and Business Continuity modules. This hands-on technical role is suited for individuals who demonstrate ownership, work independently, and are committed to delivering end-to-end solutions.
Your Responsibilities
• Develop and configure solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
• Design and implement custom scripts and technical solutions using ServiceNow best practices.
• Develop dashboards, reporting capabilities, and observability solutions.
• Configure and enhance the ServiceNow GRC and Business Continuity modules.
• Integrate and connect these modules with the CMDB.
• Ensure data reconciliation, consistency, and quality across the CMDB.
• Translate business and functional requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Participate in the continuous improvement and expansion of the ServiceNow platform.
• Take full ownership of projects from analysis through implementation and delivery.
Your Profile
Required Experience
• Available immediately.
• Minimum 7 years of experience working with ServiceNow.
• Strong experience in both ServiceNow development and platform configuration.
• Proven expertise with CMDB implementation, integration, and data reconciliation.
• Hands-on experience with custom scripting in ServiceNow.
• Experience working with the GRC and/or Business Continuity modules.
• Experience building dashboards and reporting solutions.
Nice to Have
• Experience in the banking or regulated sectors.
• Exposure to DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act) and Risk Management frameworks is considered an asset.
Soft Skills
The ideal candidate will be:
• Highly autonomous and capable of working with minimal supervision.
• Hands-on and execution-oriented.
• Comfortable taking ownership of projects from A to Z.
• Proactive, curious, and eager to learn.
• Able to challenge existing solutions and continuously improve the platform.
• Outgoing, communicative, and comfortable collaborating with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Fluent in English (French is an advantage).
